The hotel had a central location, near a museum and a church. Great value for money and well-kept room which had a TV, climate control, and a hair dryer.

Coffee, croissants, toast, butter, and cereal for an extensive and varied breakfast at 9.40am. Nice and absolutely perfect location - close to restaurants and bars. Great access to restaurants and bakeries.  

Nice cosy and well-organised room with comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Competent and very attentive staff team with the assistant manager. Lovely location for London, not far from hyde park, Notting hill, Leicester 

The location was absolutely fabulous and practical, near an underground station. The staff were highly professional and competent and provided a very good service. The restaurant was good for breakfast here, I had amazing dishes.  

It was cheap, updated and on the top floors. The breakfast was free and tasty with more options, the best we had in London.

Some people working there were not particularly welcoming.

The location is marvellous and beautiful, it is walk from a subway station. Amazingly nice staff, they smile all the time. The rooms are updated and cheap with tea/coffee and a new carpet.

They offer a nice size, nicely decorated rooms with a kitchen area which included a mini-fridge, all essentials, for example.

It's a pity but there was no pressure.

Only stayed 2 nights, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this well priced hotel. Stayed in compact twin room with a window looking into a housekeeping closet. The property was in a central setting in a quite area. Liked every minute 

Quaint and clean hotel with competent staff and great views of park. Wonderful setting and cafés and pubs minute walk from the venue. Minute walk from a palace and a church in the nice quiet area.

Extensive and rich full English breakfast with many nationalities, catered for everyone. Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location close to a bus stop and main sights.

Full English breakfast at 9.40am. Stunning location, shopping area, near good transport links with bus and underground, tubes can walk to Hyde Park, and December Hyde Park tube station. Easy walk to Whiteleys Retail Company.  

We had a nice hot and savoury breakfast with croissants and fruits, could find something for everyone.

The location marvellous and amazing easy to get to tube station. And right by cafe for breakfast, souveneir shops abound and Notting Hill, Kensington Palace, Hyde Park.

Awful views from the window.

The location was incredible as a palace and a church were minute walk from the hotel. There was a garden and a park within a minutes' walk from the place. The breakfast was extensive at 9.40am, the
